Woohoo.... serious lack of sleep but still feeling fine, so might as well blog now! I stayed over at Zhi Jian's place with 6 others and out of the 8 people, 5 snores! It was like a snoring competition last night. Just imagine tt..... We went to Viennes, which is only 20 minutes by train from Lyon, beautiful town and all yadayada but it was petite! It was so "huge" that we covered it in an hour plus i think, and kept walking in circles", The scenery was good and we just strolled along the cobbled streets of Viennes and occasionally slipped into several cute shops along the way", It was really relaxing to walk along the old streets with the medival buildings in the medival town with all my frens", It was surprising that we get quite close during this 1 month, but o wells, it may just be because we are all stuck here in Lyon and naturally tends to cuddle tgt as a group..... I have always believed that gd frens are as such cause of circumstances, but to find a really gd fren, well tt's another matter i suppose. Anyway, my "gd frens" were hiding in a corner to see if i will step on the doggy poo poo which is in the middle of the road and at the v v v v v last moment, they screamed at me with the supposed "kind" intention to stop me from stepping on the poo but in actual fact, to shock me into stepping into it! Oh wells, my lovely frens are summarised as above! Erm, the life in Lyon, in Paris, in Viennes, Medi Sea, Alpes is all very enjoyable and relaxed with the occasional bouts of tiredness and the everlasting french lessons, i guess it's all quite a nice experience", During this trip, I've met different kinds of people and talked with them about stuffs and all.... but one thing that my fren said is so true about this immersion..... IT IS THE MOST SCANDALOUS IMMERSION EVER! Oh wells, it may be because gals and guys here are just too bored and scandals tend to attract everyone so tada! To date, i think only 1 scandal is true but dun think it will come to anything and the rest are all faked! But the fun of teasing those poor guys out there is worth it lol..... Yesterday, we even made this guy shout " I Love You, ---- ---!" on top of this small raised column by the river..... o wells, all for the fun of it! Hahaz, the trip to Viennes was fun but we had to rushed over to St Foy, which is near where i stay, to attend some festival in the neighbourhood. At first, we all thought it was a fireworks festival but turns out to be a big fire festival. Except for the hotdog bun which is not bad (cause we were desperately hungry), there is nothing that was exciting that was worth the rush! We just catch a glimpse of the great big camp fire to satisfy my teacher who invited us there and sneaked off! My teacher has a knack of continuing a conversation and simply just talk and talk! So, we took the better option and sneaked off! We ran all the way to catch another bus to Zhi Jian's place..... played mahjong, drank wine and finally, i thought i could have a gd rest! I "chop" the place on the bed and slept but in the middle of the night, i was practically suffocating la! Stale air, 3 layers of clothes plus a super thick sweater practically set me on a panic streak in the middle of the night lol! I am claustrophobic, yes i am, and being stuck under so many layers of stuff, i was practically trying to get the sweater and blanket off me lol..... ran to the door and into the super cold garden, it was v cold but i couldnt care less.... after that, i woke up a few others and we changed our sleeping places, some guys and a gal continued with their snoring competition, hp alarms rang non-stop, ankle being stepped on, me being kicked by 2 guys sleeping on each side of me and heads being kicked at by the occasional stretching of the legs of "someone" lying on the bed! Oh wells, it was super eventful tt night and not to mention the heater spurting hot water due to a leak and flooded the corridor outside the rooms. Hahaz, gg to catch a winkie before heading to a castle just outside of Lyon later! Au revoir!
